" We have stayed with two families in this large and beautiful property. We were the first guests we had experienced. The accommodation is ideally suited for 3 families. Everyone has their privacy but still there are places where everyone can get together. Especially the outdoor area and the outdoor kitchen we all learned to love and miss it very much. Since we were there in April, we couldn't estimate the temperature. It was good that the pool could be heated, which we had also used. We were able to use the pool every day, even though the weather was not optimal. The owner is extremely eager and friendly. After the stay we all agreed, we will be back.."

"won & I’m sure it has a lot do with our stay with @viveverdevilla | With 3 Separate Residences, 3 pools 🏊♀️ a Jacuzzi, Gym 🏋🏾 Media Room, an Elevator, etc. In other world, this Villa ATE!! Not only was the property spacious enough to hold 21 guests for a week long holiday, but the Villa was stocked with any & everything you’d need during your stay as well as a personal concierge!! If you’re ever in Crete, Greece with a group, LOOK NO FURTHER❗️🔟 out of 🔟 "

" Maybe the best place I've stayed ever. Luxury apartments in 3 buildings. 5 min walking from the beach. Super friendly and kindness host who would help you with anything you need. This villa has everything you need to stay. Toys for children, kitchenware, grill, ... All buildings are equipped with brand new electric devices: AC, fridge, TVs, dishwasher, laundry,... I wish I would come back again."

" Our challenge was huge!!! A 2 weeks vacation for a big, happy family (12 adults, from 23 to 63 years, and 10 kids, from 3 to 11 years). As you can guess, it took us a while to find the proper place. At first, Viveverde looked far too good to be true, or even as some kind of scam. But Thinkvilla team's reactivity quickly dispeled our concerns. And when we finally arrived on site... Well, mark my words: Nobody's ready for such a punch of Host Nikos warm kindness, optimal interior design and truly breathtaking, almost surrealistic, gorgeous landscapes. There would be so, so much to say... quick access from Heraklion (we had little kids with transport sickness, but everything was fine!), 3 fully stuffed supermarkets, 2 awesome beaches 4 minutes of walk with little kids (3-6 years), 2 other beaches within a distance of litteraly 5 minutes by car. Plenty of great restaurants and water activities within a short walk perimeter (Thank you again, Alex from Hippocampos scubadiving!). It was, by far, our best family trip, ever. EVERY single detail on ViveVerde Villa website -description and pictures- is TRUE, absolutely no exaggerated fake sales chat there. I didn't take a lot of pictures, but hopefully those I post here shall help. Anyway: ViveVerde Villa is BY FAR, THE BEST high-end private villa in Balíon, Crete. Thank you again, and we would love to come back. Pierre."

" 18 people aged 12-75 stay in the villa. Three units with a common yard. Generously equipped with every imaginable item. For an additional fee, they heated the pool for us. Three pools in the complex. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a spacious central kitchen. Washing machines in the rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend"

" Stayed in villa ViveVerde for 10 nights and couldn't ask for a better vacation. Villa was just amazing - spectacular views, room for everyone, areas for being together and areas for private and more quiet time. Valia and property owner were so helpful and friendly. All the problems we had got solved in hours (car rent, driver to airport, sightseeings etc)."
